Office Administration / Bookkeeping

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and customer service focused individual to assist with administration,data entry, general administrative  and PA duties for the Principal Builder & his team.

This is a 'hands on' role and we need a real team player with a positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small. 

You will be well organised and reliable with exceptionally high attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Duties will include:

Supporting Principal Builder in administrative work & ad-hoc duties


Assisting and supporting with document creation, preparation, record keeping

Data entry into the system

Assisting with general enquiries

Managing schedules and diaries

 

Busy and varied role welcoming guests and providing admin and marketing support

 

Successful applicants will have:

Previous experience in an Office Administration/PA role

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise work

Highly organised and high attention to detail

Ability to think strategically and execute quality output under tight deadlines

Ad-hoc requests as required by management

Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills

Advanced Microsoft suite skills

 

Working hours are full time, 5 days per week.
