Due to the rapid growth of our company we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our Brisbane team. Such position is available for a passionate, creative and motivated individual.
The Responsibilities will include:
Data entry to MYOB
Filling and end of month report
Accounts receivable processing incl invoice preparation and confirmation
Referral fee paperwork preparation and confirmation
Reconciliation of developer/vendor or Suppliers statement
Journal entries and end of month/financial year end
Data entry, Reconciliation of Income/Expenses for associated Trusts.
Trust account-received client deposit and service agreement deposit data entry and filing,
Property management accounts
Assistance with Management Accounting
Ad hoc duties
At least Bachelors degree and have 1 to 2 years experience in the accounting space.
High attention to detail
Knowledge or experience of MYOB
Ability to work within a team environment and manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication including verbal and written skills.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (MYOB preferred) and databases
