Contracts Administrator - Civil Infrastructure

About the Role of the Contracts Administrator:
The Contract administrator's primary function is too provide clients with first class contract services.


Main Duties for Contract Administrator:

  • Procurement Process
  • Disruptions, delays, prolongation, compression and extension of time.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of notices and claims. 
  • Ensuring that risks are allocated in the subcontract between the Company and subcontractors after considering the head contract conditions and the ability of the party best able to control the risk.


Successful Contract Administrator must have:

  • Proven experience in Cost Management, Contract administration or Procurement with Civil Construction
  • Must of Civil infrastructure projects background
  • Tertiary qualified: Minimum Associate Diploma (engineering or Quantity surveying) or minimum of 5 years experience in similar role.
  • Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work)
