Manager/Experienced Parts Interpreter - Townsville

We are a major player in the European Truck and Bus parts market selling across Australia.

We currently have an opening for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team leading the Townsville Branch. This diverse role will include duties ranging from parts interpretation, phone and counter sales through to sales visits to build strong relationships with our customers.

About you:

  • Previous interpreting experience in the Truck and/or Bus sector with a strong technical aptitude;
  • Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person
  • Enjoy learning and applying technical knowledge
  • Confident and proficient with computers
  • A current valid drivers licence
  • A current Forklift licence

About the role:

  • Ability to relate to and have an understanding of the customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with our customers
  • Handle customer complaints to achieve a win/win solution
  • Be a team player at both branch and company levels to achieve the company KPI's
  • Provide guidance and general management of branch staff (2).
  • Take pride in the presentation of the branch to ensure a professional image 

This may be your first manager role. You'll be offered an excellent salary package commensurate with your skills and experience.
