They specialise in earthworks, road works, car parks, drainage works, landscaping, concrete paving and crushed rock/asphalt pavements. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join this outstanding firm and take on large civil projects.
Conveniently located in Melbournes inner Western suburbs.
Highly regarded within the industry, this firm works alongside Tier 1 and 2 clients on some of Victorias most exciting civil projects in the following industries: transport, port, rail, water, resources, urban development and energy.
Specialising inearthworks, road works, car parks, drainage works, landscaping, concrete paving and crushed rock/asphalt pavements.

Coordinate, manage and lead each project.
Negotiation and letting of each trade contract.
Preparation of detailed budgets & forecasts.
Preparation, presentation and review of weekly costing reports (with Surveyor)
Prepare programs (short & long term).
Manage and liaise with clients, consultants & subcontractors.
Attend and chair Project Control Group Meetings (PCG) with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
Chair site meetings which include trades, supervisors and managers.Implement and monitor OH&S
Coordinate weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports.
Manage project(s) to delivery, programme and quality specifications/contract.
Maintain expected level of quality throughout project.
RelevantCivil Engineeringrelated degree.
Demonstrated history as Project Manager on large civil projects locally.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Driven and enthusiastic with a positive, hands on attitude to project delivery;
Self-starter with the ability to determine own priorities and manage work accordingly
Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
