About Your New Role

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced receptionist with a warm and welcoming nature that compliments their exceptional organisation and customer service skills to join our team at Greenway Views on a part-time basis (weekends)!

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Provide a warm, welcoming and professional reception service where enquiries, booking and other matters are dealt with accurately and promptly
  • Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative support and reception services to the Village as required
  • Assist with maintaining a high standard of functionality and cleanliness of Village facilities
  • Maintain the resident database and assist with administrative tasks in relation to new and outgoing residents
  • Assist the Village Manager, staff, contractors and residents with administrative tasks such as word processing, correspondence, faxes, photocopying, bookings, taking minutes and document management
  • Maintain adequate supplies of stationary, tea/coffee, kitchen supplies and first aid supplies within budget
  • Maintain Village records in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Assist with events where required
  • Provide financial administrative support including month end reconciliation, supply orders, petty cash and banking, ensuring processes are in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Complete other administrative tasks as reasonably requested by management
  • Weekends work required

About You

  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and maturity in dealing with people at all levels of an organisation
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate

Federal Police Clearance must be attained and declaration made of any future charges or convictions that could potentially affect your role within LDK.
