Receptionist Part Time

Due to an internal restructure, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our group on a casual basis and provide high levels of administration support to the business. The position is located at our Head Office in Erina.

Duties/responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Providing office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within head office and the greater organisation:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Coordinating repairs to office equipment
  • Correspondence - collect and distribute mail, stamp and prepare outgoing
  • Monitoring stationery supply levels and ordering supplies as required
  • Carrying out administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning 
  • Booking conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Other duties as required and as directed by the senior management team

Key skills required:

  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Managing multiple and changing priorities
  • Diary management
  • Well developed computer skills in including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
  • Good typing and key board skills
  • Managing administrative processes
  • Well developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
  • High level of discretion

Personal skills required:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Friendly and professional telephone skills to represent the business as first point of contact
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good judgement skills

*Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 pay rates will apply*

Working hours will: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 5 hours per day (15 hours per week).
