Total Selling & Staff Solutions leads the field in supplying sales training, systems & recruitment nationally to the automotive industry. 

Established in 2006 TSS Head Quarters is based in Sydney & has long established clients in all states in Australia. 
The Role

  • This opportunity would suit an experienced Account Manager / BDM with established relationships currently servicing the Auto Industry.
  • This position will be mainly based in NSW with some travel to QLD on a Monthly basis, supporting the State Manager. 
  • It would suit somebody who is seeking a positive change and desires to with a dynamic, supportive team & progressive company. 
  • You will be trained on & have access to cutting edge call management technology systems, providing call volume & evaluation reports for sales & service simplifying the technical delivery enabling accurate, detailed communications of performance information. 
  • This is a unique opportunity as your will be supported by & working closely with TSS management, developing your client management, negotiation & prospecting skills with current clientele & new prospects in NSW & QLD. 
  • Most days you would start & finish from home so self motivation & self discipline would need to be demonstrated in previous roles.

  • Positive open attitude welcoming & benefiting from support, feedback & training delivered by TSS management team.  
  • Responsible & supported by management for Maintaining, prospecting & building existing & new business In N.SW & QLD.
