Due to continued growth,we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Financial Adviser to join our highly respected Henderson Matusch Advisory Service (HMAS) business. We invite you to join our Brisbane team who have a reputation for providing professional and friendly customer service where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our clients in achieving their financial hopes and dreams.
Based in Brisbane City, this role will seek new clients and service approximately 80 existing clients. Previous experience in the successful attraction and retention of clients is essential.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional client service to potential, new and existing HM clients.
Fulfil established role expectations leading to a high level of client advocacy.
Increase awareness of the strong Henderson Matusch brand at every opportunity.
Work collaboratively with other HM teams ensuring you are enabling and driving the delivery of exceptional client service.
Provide tailored best practice financial advice to our clients by meeting your compliance requirements and maintaining a high level of financial services competence through professional and personal development.
Educate and motivate the community on Financial Literacy
Develop relationships with referral partners and Centres of Influence
To be successful in this role, you will have:
4+ years experience in a Financial Advice role in Australia and be currently or recently authorised.
Hold, or currently undertaking, a FASEA approved degree.
Hold (or have held) the advice relationship with at least 50 clients.
Display a quality understanding of the technical aspects of both Wealth Accumulation and Wealth Preservation strategies.
Established and maintained high levels of client retention and outstanding service levels
Demonstrated coaching and education skills for clients, prospective clients, and non-reporting internal team members.
Strong business development skills to grow your revenue in both new and existing markets.
Established centres of influence or referral sources.
