Accounts & Administration Assistant

Newstate Media Pty Ltd, publisher of Canberra Weekly and Newcastle Weekly magazines is looking for a professional and friendly individual to join our small team in Fyshwick.

This is a busy and varied role supporting the Administration Manager in a wide range of tasks including advertising bookings, reception duties, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

The ideal applicant will have:

1. at least three years of accounts and office experience
2. experience with MYOB Account Right software
3. intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
4. great verbal and written communication skills
5. excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
6. A Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent would be an advantage.

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
