Talent Acquisition Administrator

Recruitment support role for an established team with engineering focus, Great opportunity to start your career in HR, 12 month contract |70k plus super | Inner-city Melbourne suburb.

About the Role
This fast-paced, growing Talent Acquisition team requires a proactive coordinator to help support the team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end to end recruitment administration and on boarding activities.
  • Support recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Provide level one recruitment advice to leaders and employees as queries arise.

About You
To be considered for this role, it is essential you possess:

  • Demonstrated exceptional administration skills with strong focus on attention to detail,
  • High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work demands and complete tasks to tight timelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, positively in a team and independently. A real team player.
  • Business/HR degree desirable.
