From the get go, your duties will encompass:
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries.
Placing purchase orders and supplier follow up
Invoicing, stock management and data entry
Providing exceptional customer service
Customer communication and basic marketing
General Office Admin duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We imagine that you will most likely have most, if not all, of the following in play. You will be perfect for us if you:
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are capable of exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise/multitask and meet tight deadlines
Are able to work independently and follow systems and procedures
Are experienced in Windows Office Suite
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
