Full-Time Account Manager - Melbourne

FULL-TIME ACCOUNT MANAGER - OAKLEIGH, MELBOURNE

BOOBY TAPE - The Worlds First Breast Lift Tape, are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Management role. You will be confident in maintaining the company's existing client relationships and continue to build our client portfolio both nationally and internationally to increase the sales and profitability of Booby Tape.

Job Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts
• Manage all financial activities including reports, invoicing, budgets and showings for clients
• Logging the due dates of all payments and following up overdue payments and the skills to use the appropriate software to enforce this
• Maintain existing client relationships and continue to build the companys client portfolio at a national and international level
• Uphold strong, long-lasting customer relationships with high customer service standards
• Produce weekly and monthly reports

Required Competencies:

To fit this role and complement our business value you will need: 

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Management role is a must
• Previous experience with Australian Major Retailers will be highly regarded
• Understanding EDI systems, specifically SPS Commerce, will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in a beauty field will be highly regarded
• Computer and database skills including Microsoft Office, accounting software and CRM systems
• Extremely organised with exceptional time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong proven sales background in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and turn them into results
• Exceptional communication skills - presentation, negotiation and cold calling new wholesale targets
• Current valid Driver's Licence
• Ability to travel throughout VIC and occasionally interstate
