Customer Service Representative - Tweed Heads

Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster.

Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW.

We are currently seeking applications to immediately add to our strong team of customer service professionals within the Centre and to create a Recruitment Pool for upcoming, roles:

  • Full time and Part time
  • Temporary (till 30th June 2020) - with a possibility of extension
  • Customer Service Representatives

Locations: Tweed Heads

Customer Service Representative; includes a base salary range of ($61,554 - $75,064), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. These amounts will be pro-rated for part-time hours.

The role:
Customer Service Representatives are required to be passionate about delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

This role is responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints, whilst maintaining privacy requirements. You will also be comfortable working to KPIs achieving individual and team goals.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios
  • High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy
  • Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems

Hours of Work:

Part-time role: The hours to be worked according to a rotational/shift-pattern roster: 20 hours a week over 5 days, minimum 4 hours a day, this may include Saturdays. Flexibility is required to work between Service Centres operational hours.
Full-time role: Same as above - except 35 hours a week over 5 days, minimum 4 hours a day, this may include Saturdays.
