Senior Administrator

We are seeking a full time Senior Administrator for our Lismore office.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting a team of accountants with their administration and client service work.  Typically this will include, creating new client files, registering changes, updates and filing, adhoc diary management, general office co-ordination including but not limited to assistance with answering phones, dealing with client enquiries along with drafting letters and emails.

You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced and high performance environment.  Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience is essential, as is a committed and hard working attitude.  Bookkeeping and wage processing skills would be an advantage.  You must have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your work.
