Senior Recruitment Consultant 

The Company
This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate and driven person to lead as a senior recruitment consultant, to contribute to Indigenous employment and community advancement, with a reputable and innovative Indigenous owned and operated labour hire and recruitment agency. 
The role is based in the head office which is located in North Sydney and soon to add an additional office location in Greater Western Sydney region.
Overview of the role
This is a rewarding role for someone in recruitment and with existing connections to Indigenous communities, with experience in recruitment and a desire to develop these skills within human resource and Indigenous community investment.
The senior recruitment consultant will benefit from, on the job training and development opportunities while learning about the Indigenous recruitment industry.
This is a permanent position with full time hours, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete recruitment processes
  • Support recruitment team  
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Competent in recruitment software, such as 'job-adder'
  • Strong administration and Microsoft skills 
  • May involve ad-hoc tasks

The ideal candidate and background 

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. 
  • You are organised & reliable; patient & with fine attention to detail
  • You have an outstanding ability to apply & commit yourself to your tasks & deadlines
  • You will possess a positive, enthusiastic approach towards problem solving
  • You can work autonomously & equally as well in a team
  • You must be able to provide two recent, relevant employment references

Key Desirable

  • A Driver’s licence & own reliable transport
  • Relevant completed tertiary studies
  • Experience with senior recruitment
