KR Pest Control is looking for an experienced administrator to support our team. We are a rapidly growing, family owned pest control company based in Seven Hills.
Answering the phone and taking bookings
Calendar management and organising bookings for maximum efficiency
Managing and ordering stock and supplies
Assisting the director in administrative tasks as required
Assisting technicians when required, including delivering stock to jobs and administrative support
Organising staff functions
Assisting in the preparation of tender documents
KR Pest Controls point of difference is our high level of customer service, we are looking for the face and voice of our company and require someone with excellent written and verbal skills. It will be an advantage if you know the layout of Sydneys suburbs and locations. We are looking for someone mature with the ability to work autonomously as you will often be unsupervised. This is an extremely busy role and there is always something to do, everyone in the business will be relying on this person to make sure their day is properly planned and runs smoothly, a high level of attention to detail is required.

Our preferred hours are 7.30am - 3.30pm but this is open for negotiation.
Job will commence on 06/01/2020 with the chance of some paid training days throughout December.
