About the role
Brisbane Catholic Education’s (BCE) Organisation Development Team provides strategic advice and support on workforce strategy, organisational culture, leadership, organisational design, inclusiveness and recognition. Organisational Development also convenes several HR advisory committees, produces workforce reports and analyses workforce data and manages the bi-annual staff survey.
In this role you will provide content, administration and system support in the development, planning, implementation, review and reporting of Organisational Development projects that improve workforce development and capability services in BCE. The role will be across a number of Organisational Development projects and specifically our work in the area of Accreditation to work, teach and lead in BCE.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your abilities to work within a confidential environment, act with discretion and use your initiative.
