About the organisation
Brisbane Catholic Education is a learning community of over 140 schools. We aim to provide quality teaching and learning outcomes for Prep to Year 12 students.
 

About the role
Brisbane Catholic Education’s (BCE) Organisation Development Team provides strategic advice and support on workforce strategy, organisational culture, leadership, organisational design, inclusiveness and recognition. Organisational Development also convenes several HR advisory committees, produces workforce reports and analyses workforce data and manages the bi-annual staff survey.

In this role you will provide content, administration and system support in the development, planning, implementation, review and reporting of Organisational Development projects that improve workforce development and capability services in BCE. The role will be across a number of Organisational Development projects and specifically our work in the area of Accreditation to work, teach and lead in BCE.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your abilities to work within a confidential environment, act with discretion and use your initiative.
 

Duties

• Coordinate and implement project activities to support Organisational Development projects
• Develop, implement and improve Accreditation administrative systems and processes
• Contribute to the workforce data capture and reporting
• Coordinate and implement activities, events and forums pertaining to Organisational Development

 

Skills & Experience

• High level administrative skills, phone manner and attention to detail
• High level Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
• Process and system development and implementation skills
• Project experience and demonstrated problem solving
• Research, data gathering and reporting skills
• Experience across a range of HR processes
• Experience working in collaboration in a team environment
• Skills in building and maintaining effective working relationships
