Specialising in many verticals such as Security and Data Management, IT Governance, Applications and Compliance, our client has over 6,000 employees globally with multiple offices in over 20 countries.
They are now looking for a Senior Technology Consultant Manager, specialising in Digital and Cloud Advisory to join the business. This role does require you to travel not and then and meeting clients on site in Melbourne CBD and surroundings is an essential part of your day to day.
Be the primary contact for your client and having full responsibility for managing the project life cycle
Develop and implement an on-going tailored roadmap for your client that acknowledges risks and provides clear solutions that meet and exceed expectation
Ensure projects are on a successful pathway to completion by thoroughly understanding client needs and goals
Continue to build client relationships by developing trust, providing quality service and accurate product delivery
Update your client with reports and analysis on a regular basis
Have sound knowledge of industry changes in order to seize opportunities that will offer advantage to your client projects
You must have 7+ years experience working in Digital Strategy Development and Advisory as well as sound experience in Business Transformation in tech
'Big 4' experience is essential for this role
Previous people management experience
Experience with the implementation of new and emerging technologies across Cloud, Big Data, RPA, AI/ ML
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business / Computer Information Systems/Data Sciences/ Information Management
Previous people management experience is essential alongside direct mentoring and coaching in a large team environment
Have the ability to work effectively and ‘hands on’ within a team whilst providing support and direction
Have the ability to work autonomously and independently where required
Demonstrated proof of working with highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
Knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g. ITIL or COBIT), AWS/ Azure/ Google certifications and other relevant platforms
Awareness of RPA, Big Data and Analytics technologies
Be a problem solver and offer effective analytical solutions that optimise customer journeys and experiences
Demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and work well under pressure
