The Role

We are looking for a bright bubbly individual who loves talking to people, helping them to solve their problems, and to make them feel welcome.  As our receptionist we value the service that you can provide to our clients as the first point of contact in our busy and growing business.  The role is challenging and varied providing support to our accountants and administration staff.  You will have great verbal and written communication skills and a friendly and positive approach to work.  Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and problem solving ability will be valuable.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Answer incoming calls and prepare meeting rooms
  • Confirm client meetings
  • Maintain office supplies for kitchen and stationery levels
  • Maintain our mail registers
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Daily banking
  • Courier

The hours of work are full time 8.30am 5.00pm
