The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Admin and Marketing Coordinator to help manage marketing and general administration for a Machine Learning consulting firm based near Circular Quay. Working within a small and friendly tight-knit team, you will be working to implement a multi-channel marketing plan touching on social media, emails, events and web; assist in recruitment and calendar/event management; some diary and travel management, and be an integral part of upholding an inclusive and dynamic team environment.


With a startup culture and operating in an exciting new field of business technology, you have the opportunity to shine, to grow within the role and make an impact. The hours and time are flexible for up to 30 hours/week. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing activities, including managing our social media presence
  • Proactively engage with digital marketing/sales agencies, designers
  • Lead and manage overall offline marketing communications, including events and PR, Client communications, blogs
  • Website maintenance and recommend improvements
  • Organise professional events and workshops
  • General admin duties including answering enquiries; calendar management; organising team social events
  • Some HR assistance - screening calls, candidate tracking

  • Professional attitude at all times

Desirable Skills:

  • Digital Marketing including social media and email campaigns
    • Software: Salesforce, MS Office
  • Organising Events (professional and social)
  • SEM 
  • LinkedIn
  • Previous experience with general office management, HR, or bookkeeping a plus
