Alands Accountants is a small Chartered Accounting practice representing a variety of clients including primary producers, professional service entities, property developers and private clients. Alands maintains a strong focus on its staff and provides ongoing training for its employees. We are currently seeking a full-time experienced administrative officer to fill a maternity leave contract for 12 months.
Reporting to the Partners and working with the rest of the accounting team, you will be responsible for the day to day administration functions of the practice.
General administrative duties including but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls
Preparation of correspondence and client documents
Filing: a mix of traditional and electronic filing system & procedures
Invoicing and Debtor Management
Coordinating office activities
You will need to possess:
Administrative/ reception experience (2-4 years)
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Experience with MYOB AE essential
Ability to work unsupervised
Warm & friendly personality

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
