This is a truly exciting time to be joining the Minda family, which is experiencing significant growth in an ever changing industry. As Group Financial Controller, you will have an opportunity to develop and grow a small and focused team in providing the business with expert financial support.

To be the successful candidate, it will be essential that you have significant experience in leading and managing finance and accounting functions. You will have a commercial and operationally focussed approach, with the ability to lead team members, implement process improvements and work with the diverse teams across the business, as well as external stakeholders where necessary.

This is a truly hands on role, and it will require you to bring your consultative and collaborative management style to ensure that you promote continuous improvement initiatives to support the business aims and objectives.

  • DHS – Working with Children check (or ability to gain)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business or Commerce
  • CPA / CA or equivalent required
