The Content Producer is responsible for sourcing, developing and publishing engaging content that is tailored to key audiences and delivered across multiple platforms, to inspire onsite and online visitation to the Library.

About the role:
The Content Producer is an integral role within the Media and Content team, responsible for writing, researching and editing content that supports key campaigns, media activity and communications to drive visitation both onsite and online.
The Content Producer will develop multi-channel content that reflects the brand tone of voice, guidelines and positioning to deliver optimal engagement and contribute to a positive user experience, ensuring navigation, readability and accessibility, creating a seamless visitor journey.
The role will respond to briefs and work with multiple key stakeholders, providing exemplary writing expertise and project management skills to deliver content according to project scope. This includes coordinating efforts across teams to meet deadlines for project milestones and task-driven outputs.
Under the leadership of the Media and Content Manager, the role will also contribute to identifying ways to deliver content differently and will support the channel planning strategy as well as undertake analysis and evaluation of content strategies.

Creative content execution to stimulate audience engagement (existing and new audiences) factoring in content trends and new approaches.
Projects delivered on time, to agreed scope in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external providers.
