Inspiro is a not-for-profit community health service. We provide dental and allied health services for the Yarra Ranges community from our Lilydale, Healesville and Belgrave clinics and various community venues.

About the role
We have an opportunity for an experience and energetic Marketing & Communications Manager 3 to 4 days a week to partner with the team to create and curate our marketing & Communication strategy.
This positions gives you creative freedom to promote our meaningful and critical health services within our community.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies that:
Are aligned with the Strategic Plan
Generate corporate and community engagement
Improves awareness and drives advocacy for Inspiros brand and services.
Drive the implementation of client, community and partnership surveys and report outcomes to enable insights into satisfaction and expectation
Develop key internal and external communications including written, electronic and social media (website, newsletter, media releases, campaigns, annual report etc.)
Translate strategic business objectives into relevant and achievable marketing and communication programs and strategies
Support internal stakeholders in the marketing response to tenders, grants and funding applications.
Develop and implement key marketing and public relations messages around community launches and event.
Qualifications / Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
A capacity to successfully market and promote Inspiro with the goal of generating and increasing both awareness and profit - for purpose.
Exceptional written, verbal and digital communication skills to form and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven networking skills with the ability to lead and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated computer skills including the use of electronic media, InDesign and appropriate software programs
Previous project experience including funding proposals and applications, and in project development and implementation.
Experience in health/community services/local government and/or research environments highly regarded.
