Administration Officer - Planning, Environment and Urban Services
To ensure we deliver our vision, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our energetic Team and contribute positively to our fast paced, outcome focused environment. The main purpose of the Administration Officer role is to:
Provide high levels of customer service and support to the Planning, Environment and Urban Services department whilst managing their day to day workload
Multitasking to ensure all tasks are attended to within a reasonable time frame
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Related qualifications in administration and/or strong demonstrated administration experience supporting multiple work groups
Ability to manage and prioritise competing activities, working to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a high degree of initiative, energy and enthusiasm
Ability to accept responsibility for all tasks carried out and be able to handle sensitive matters in a highly confidential manner
Proven practical experience in electronic systems and applications. i.e Microsoft Office packages - Outlook, excel and In house data management systems
Hold a Current NSW LR Driver's Licence with a good driving record
Knowledge on the software Authority
