ADMIN. ASSISTANT - Part-time

About the Role and Ideal Candidate:

We require an all-rounder Part-time Admin. Assistant with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience gained in a similar trade-related private business. 

The successful candidate will need to be available to work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

To be successful the ideal candidate will bring reliability, initiative, organisational, time-management, communication, exceptional Admin. and IT skills to this role.  They will enjoy supporting and working with a busy Director and small team of sales, admin. and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will be a friendly individual who will represent the Prosealed brand strongly when interacting with customers, sub-contractors and other contacts of the business.  A reliable and punctual individual who is productive, helpful, bring a positive demeanour and can support a growing team here at Prosealed is an ideal fit for our company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Shared Customer Service and reception duties meeting and greeting all visitors/callers promptly and courteously
  • Sales Correspondence/Administration including scheduling of sub-contractors on-site using ServiceM8 system
  • Accounts and Finance Administration support, including preparing and issuing invoices, assisting with debtors and reconciling receipts in the XERO system
  • Personal Assistant to the Director & assisting with a range of general management duties
  • Facilities and office housekeeping and maintenance duties, in consultation with the Director
  • Other adhoc office admin duties as required
