We are committed to providing people of all ages with access to the specialist assessment and therapy services they need by providing people with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology services within their home and local community. We are currently seeking a skilled, innovative and dynamic People and Culture Administrator to support our growing teams and to successfully deliver our vision: to support people and families with a disability to live an everyday life, every day. About this role: We are seeking a full time People and Culture Administrator to join our organisation. The successful applicant will support our whole organisation which extends across Victoria and NSW.
The successful applicant will:
Have experience and formal training in Human Resources.
Take personal responsibility for the employee experience.
Develop and build strong relationships to support the recruitment, retention and performance of our teams.
Demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing our database and administration systems (experience with Employment Hero and Job adder is an advantage)
Demonstrate an ability to complete and evaluate processes to ensure that the employee experience is of the highest quality
Understand the employee life cycle including an understanding of Fair Work and other relevant legislations.
Act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks
Have experience with high volume recruitment and scheduling
Demonstrate a high level of concern for accuracy
Keep up to date records of policy, procedures and employee files and ensure we are always exceeding audit and compliance requirements
Be change ready – we are always changing, improving and evolving
