Event Producer / Team Lead

We are a dynamic, creative group who is looking for a superstar to lead a team as an event producer.

• Leading Project Teams to ensure seamless delivery of requirements for assigned projects

• Ensuring assigned projects adhere to all creative, strategic and financial targets and outcomes

• Effectively and efficiently producing and delivering assigned projects 

• Serving as a clients main point of contact on individual projects

• Developing project schedules 

• Assigning individual roles and responsibilities to team members 

• Managing, supervising and motivating project teams to produce and execute assigned projects 

• Working with the Production department to ensure technical requirements are being met

• In collaboration with the Project Team, effectively managing company suppliers, performers and contractors, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and Fourth Wall

• Lead an event team, delivering projects in the office, on-site and across the APAC region

• Understand and research cutting edge solutions for Fourth Walls clients and partners
