Change Manager

ERP Implementation for a large FMCG / Supply Chain business, Ambitious business with friendly and inclusive team, Fixed term contract.

Allura Partners are currently working with an FMCG / supply Chain business to recruit a Change Manager for the integration of a new IT platform. They are currently integrating Microsoft ERP across their admin, finance, operations and manufacturing business units. 

Change Manager responsibilities:
  • Ensuring impacted teams are ready and engaged to receive the changes created through the large transformation
  • Planning and driving execution of all business change management activities for the Program
  • Analysing change impacts 
  • Collaborating with project and business resources to ensure change accomplishes business benefits and minimises risks. 
  • Developing and implementing strategy to minimise  resistance and disruption
  • Building strong communication plans 
  • Designing and delivering training
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
To be considered candidates will:
  • Must have previous software implementation experience 
  • Be able to plan and strategise "fit for purpose" change
  • Be able to operate at a Change Manager level with the ability to influence senior stakeholders 
  • Ideally, have experience working in a supply chain / manufacturing business
  • Have a strong track record or successfully delivering change
