ERP Implementation for a large FMCG / Supply Chain business, Ambitious business with friendly and inclusive team, Fixed term contract.
Allura Partners are currently working with an FMCG / supply Chain business to recruit a Change Manager for the integration of a new IT platform. They are currently integrating Microsoft ERP across their admin, finance, operations and manufacturing business units.
Change Manager responsibilities:
Ensuring impacted teams are ready and engaged to receive the changes created through the large transformation
Planning and driving execution of all business change management activities for the Program
Analysing change impacts
Collaborating with project and business resources to ensure change accomplishes business benefits and minimises risks.
Developing and implementing strategy to minimise resistance and disruption
Building strong communication plans
Designing and delivering training
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
To be considered candidates will:
Must have previous software implementation experience
Be able to plan and strategise "fit for purpose" change
Be able to operate at a Change Manager level with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ideally, have experience working in a supply chain / manufacturing business
Have a strong track record or successfully delivering change
