We are looking for a part time receptionist for our office in Kardinya. This is a great opportunity for a well presented receptionist to join this highly successful company .
The days of work are Wednesday and Friday working 5 to 6 hours per day.
The role would also included additional days for relieve when office staff are either on holidays or on personal leave
This role would ideally suit a confident outgoing and well spoken person with a minimum of 24 months previous reception experience, sound data entry skills and knowledge of all Microsoft applications
Key responsibilities :
Front desk reception
Managing & directing phone calls
Programming call outs
Filing for admin Dept, as required
Assisting with weekly accounts payable including data entry
Essential criteria :
Previous experience working in a busy environment
Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills
Proficient in MYOB
Microsoft Office Applications
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Exceptional interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
