Mobile Plant & Equipment Administration Assistant

Salmon Holdings is currently recruiting an administration assistant to support our Operations manager.

This is a new role full-time within the business. Tasks for this role will include;

  • Compilation of new plant and equipment hire proposals.
  • Provision of support for active hire contracts
  • Other general office duties

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, willing to work in a small team and be able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities -Under guidance of the operations manager;

  • Preparation and submission of the proposals
  • Collection and processing of data and information required to manage hire contracts and support facilities.
  • Ensure that work is prioritized, scheduled and completed to meet deadlines.

Required skills;

  • Solid computer skills- Microsoft office
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic Heavy equipment, mechanical and operational knowledge.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience with CMMS systems and report writing would be highly desirable.
