First National Bowyer & Livermore is located in the Central Tablelands of NSW. We are a leading Real Estate and Stock and Station Agency with offices in Oberon, Portland, Orange & Bathurst.
We are currently seeking a sales coordinator to manage day to day business of our sales departments located in Oberon, Orange & Portland.
We are looking for a career minded, reliable person, committed to providing excellent service to our valued clients.
This position allows the candidate to learn about all facets of Real Estate sales and provides a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career. The position would ideally suit a University or high school graduate.
Key Roles Include: Provide administrative and general support to our team Process sale transactions (Trust Accounting) Data input Schedule meetings with vendors and purchasers Attend private buyer inspections and 'open homes' Order signage and coordinate marketing Order and maintain office supplies Flexibility to periodically work in our other offices
The successful applicant will have the following attributes: Friendly and approachable, with an eagerness to learn Polite and professional manner, with an attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Confidence in dealing with people at all levels Well organised, strong work ethic, and pride in appearance. A current Certificate of Registration would be advantageous (but not essential) Current Australian driver's license
