We have an opportunity for an experienced and immaculately presented Corporate Receptionist to join our team and be 'the face' of Derwent.
As Corporate Receptionist, you will work closely with the Office Manager and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Manage a busy switchboard efficiently and professionally
Meet and greet candidates & clients and manage multiple meeting rooms
Maintain and tidy kitchen and back office area
Report and manage any maintenance issues
Manage in-house catering and assist with events
Manage and reconcile end of month duties including expenses, petty cash etc
Preparation of documents and other ad-hoc admin tasks
Key Skills & Requirements
1-2 years experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
Immaculately presented at all times
High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
A professional approach and outstanding communication skills
Highly organised with an ability to multi-task
A lively personality and ability maintain rapport with candidates and clients
The ability to work under pressure
Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills
