Diamonds Select as one of Australias largest diamond wholesale companies required a Senior Sales Consultant to join our specialised division.
The role requires travel both domestically and internationally as well as assisting with the Perth based showroom sales.
Extensive travel periods may be required for international locations. Consultant must be able to accommodate a minimum of 15 weeks (non-consecutively) annually away from home base.
Travel arrangements may change at a moments notice and the successful applicant must have the flexibility to cater for change.
The role will require a dedicated professional with a proven sales and marketing track record who can work in a structured sales environment. Applicants with experience in the jewellery industry will be highly regarded, however not essential.
It is imperative that the successful candidate lead by example in the sales process. This included actively seeking out new business, building client relationships and following up on all potential sales opportunities for the entire team.
Offering the highest level of customer service at all the times is a requirement of the role. Sales mediums operate to include face to face meetings, email and phone opportunities and exhibitions.
The ability to work within a team environment and offer new ideas is essential. Highly developed communication skills along with leadership abilities are a must.
Senior Sales Consultants will be expected to assist with the day to day running of the sales office as well as with preparations and running of team operations including exhibitions.
Full training will be provided with the expectation that skills learnt would be applied immediately. Senior Sales Consultants will be offered a competitive salary structure with a generous, un-capped bonus package.
