Master Plumbers provides industry-ready plumbers through our RTO and our Group Training scheme and also runs a number of commercial businesses.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration and Compliance manager to support our ambitious new agenda of member services, industry training and commercial operations.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, ensure we meet our compliance obligations and provide support for Board meetings and other governance activities.
This role calls for excellent communication and customer service skills, together with a strong attention to detail and a mindset of continuous improvement. You will demonstrate experience in roles which require discretion, confidentiality and maturity and will be a self-starter, who is confident, driven and a genuine team player.
Key duties of the role include:
- providing executive assistance to the CEO
- providing company secretarial support
- maintaining risk frameworks, insurance policies and business continuity plans
- managing the outsourced ICT contract
- managing facilities and vehicle fleet
Demonstrated experience in administration, compliance, office management and company secretary support is a must. Prior experience in a membership or customer-focused organisation will give you an advantage.
