We are a high performing and growing accounting and advisory firm in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We now have a senior administration position available for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, or simply looking for their next challenge.

Some of the duties you will carry out in this position include:

  • Liaising with clients to gather source documents for accountant's work, check that everything is received, contact clients for any missing information. Contact clients as required for all matters.
  • Following up return of client queries, further information required or signed documents
  • Manual/Electronic collation of documents to be sent to clients
  • Provision of requested information to Clients (e.g. company extracts, copies of trust deeds, financial and tax returns)
  • Being the first contact for ATO phone calls, liaise with our accountants and clients as needed. (E.g. ABN details, outstanding debts, payment arrangements etc.)
  • Adding new clients to our respective systems/databases
  • Photocopying/scanning as required
  • Assisting our accountants and clients to ensure work and lodgement deadlines are met
  • Maintaining and updating your team's client database
  • Reception relief as required
  • Experience using Xero, Xero XPM, DocuSign and the Microsoft Office Suite
