Junior Sales Administrator (Castle Hill, Sydney)

Eylex is a leading SME in the Australian and NZ Defence market and we specialise in providing communication system solutions to the Australian and NZ Armed Forces.

Based out of our Castle Hill NSW office, we are currently seeking a junior person for our Sales Administrator position, reporting to the Sales Administration Coordinator.  This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to join our team during this exciting growth phase.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the preparation of tender/quote submissions.
  • General marketing related tasks including the maintenance of the Eylex website and the coordination and control of supplier demonstration equipment.
  • Provide general administration support to the Sales team.

About You:

  • Enthusiastic, positive and friendly team player
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills)
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
