McDonald Surveys is a multi-faceted Surveying, Engineering and Technology company.
As we are currently expanding our Perth based office, we are looking for an organised and capable person to add to our administrative team.
Some office experience is essential although a willingness to learn and the right attitude is more important. The role with include but not limited to; meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, , ordering stationary, maintaining office cleanliness i.e. before and after meetings, assisting Surveying and Dilapidation teams as required, answering phone, assisting with our online tertiary software and general office ad hoc as required.
A minimum of one-year previous experience in a Receptionist role
Ability to multi-task
A professional and reliable attitude
Enjoy working in a team, as well as autonomously
Basic admin experience including data entry and postal duties
Proficient in MS Office suite
Current Drivers Licence
Office Hours are Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
