Proximity is currently recruiting for an experienced executive support professional to join our friendly growing team located in Barton, Canberra.
Key tasks include:
support to the Executive Management team and senior service delivery staff
managing corporate and executive calendars
secretariat support functions
managing enquiries and communications on behalf of Executive Managers
research and support
general administrative support (filing, document formatting etc)
The successful candidate must have strong experience in the tasks listed above, ideally having worked in a similar role in a professional services environment.
Hours and location
This is a full time role and is based in Proximitys Head Office in Barton, Canberra.
The preferred candidate will:
be an experienced EA with high level organisational skills
have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
be self-motivated, pro-active and take responsibility for outcomes
be a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
support the Proximity team broadly and be willing to 'roll the sleeves up' and assist wherever necessary
Ideally, candidates will have experience and high level skills in the use of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 software.
