Reception & Administration Officer

Attractive base salary, Immediate start, Full time Permanent.

Property Asset Planning is an established family run investment property and property management business, which has been operating for over 20 years. Your position is situated at the front of the office where you will be the face of the company greeting clients. A person that is well presented has a bubbly and engaging personality is essential. The perfect candidate will be able to multitask their priorities in a timely manner while keeping a smile on their face. We are looking for someone that wants longevity.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Attending to incoming phone calls with a professional phone manner 
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and offering tea/coffee water while they wait.
  • Responding to email correspondence
  • Preparation of Agenda, the boardroom and Minutes for meetings
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies when necessary
  • Assisting the sales team with preparing paperwork for appointments
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Assist with IT Helpdesk tasks when IT issues arise
  • General day to day administration assistance
  • Daily support/assistance to the Property Management Team
  • Attending to ad-hock enquires
  • Preparing documents for property owners and builders and following through until signed off.
  • Tracking and logging the building process, and keeping new owners informed
  • Daily Mail

  • High level oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently/unsupervised
  • High-level computer skills to effectively utilise Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and willingness to assist others
  • A positive attitude with a desire and willingness to learn
  • Experience with CRMs such as ACT or Salesforce is a bonus
  • Friendly and easy-going
