Inside Sales Manager

Australian business recently received $20M in funding, Manage, coach and develop your team, $100K base + super + $20K bonus.

The Client:

The client I am currently working with is an Australian owned education provider. The solution that they offer is an interactive, technologically advanced and bespoke education tool. The solution has shown a dramatic increase in the results of students who have used it and they have recently received $20M in funding. They are looking to bring on an Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of reps.  

The Role:

• Manage, coach and develop a team of inside sales representatives.
• Create a supportive and social working environment for your team.
• Set targets for the team and put structures in place to ensure your team are not only achieving but exceeding these.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and one on ones with your team

The Candidate:

• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed targets - experience in the education space would be a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment
