About the role
The Management Accountant is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of reports to ensure financial performance is accurately reported, easily understood and drives appropriate commercial outcomes.

Skills and experience
The main duties of the role include:
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Planning and co-ordinating the annual budget process
Prepare consolidated reporting with detailed insights into expected performance
Monthly forecasting of all business units
Weekly Management reports for Spectran Environmental Management
Monthly Management reports for Spectran Contracting
Monthly Consolidated reporting for the Spectran Group
Analysis of revenue and expenditure, gross margin bench-marking
Preparation of cash flow statements
Daily cash and treasury management
Relationships with Financial Institutions
Assist in preparation of consolidated financial reports
Continuous improvement focus
Maintain internal control systems
To be successful in this role you will need:
Advanced skills in all applications of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong commercial finance skills.
Strong influencing skills
Knowledge and experience with finance systems and general ledgers.
Debtor finance experience
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Ability to work toward and achieve deadlines.
Ability to exercise initiative
Ability to prioritise competing task requirements and workload.
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
