We're looking for an appropriately experienced and enthusiastic person to fill the Receptionist position in our Mackay Branch administrative team. The business is a locally owned Controls & Building Management Systems Service provider with Electrical Service, and Switchboard Manufacturing divisions.
Experience administering a computer based system for invoicing, job control, data entry and purchasing, along with telephone and direct customer interaction will be well regarded. You would be required to extract statistical data from our system and produce/ verify reports in varying forms.
We need you to be well presented with a keen eye for detail, and be able to demonstrate that you can easily build rapport with our Staff and Clientele. The ideal candidate will have already had experience in an office environment, be highly self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a busy, sometimes demanding environment.
The position also supports senior positions in the company, where your ability to add a professional touch to documents, and multi-task in a variety of roles will help you adapt to be the valuable team member we need.
The successful candidate will be encouraged to work independently whilst being a team player able to suggest and initiate, in an environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
