One Advisory requires a part time receptionist for our busy accounting firm.

We are a boutique accounting and advisory firm with approximately 30 staff.  We pride ourselves on a high-performance culture, strong work ethic and our approach to a work life balance, flexibility and growth of our team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Answering and directing all telephone calls.
  • General office filing (both hard and electronic files)
  • Receptionist duties (greeting clients, opening and distributing mail, etc).
  • Dealing with ATO and other agencies
  • Some accounts duties
  • Typing of correspondence
  • Co-ordinating and sending documentation to clients
  • Dealing with suppliers

Skills and experience

As the successful applicant you will :

  • Display multi tasking ability
  • Demonstrate good computer skills with MS office and Outlook. (Knowledge of accounting packages an advantage).
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Be cheerful and friendly
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Great team member
  • Have prior experience in an accounting/legal firm would be an advantage
