A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Administration Officer to join Jamieson. You will come into a well-established team, supporting the very busy workshop in all daily administrative tasks where required.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional to join our team in the delivery of effective administration across all activities associated with our manufacturing and service operations.


Your Role

Working within a close knit team this position is perfect for a person who is "Hands On" and takes ownership of their job. The role requires a team player with flexibility and experience to perform a wide range of administration tasks.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Administer and maintain Repair Orders including variations
Ensure all relevant Repair Order information is passed on to relevant supervisors/managers in a timely manner
Complete job costing information
Ensure all repair/service costs are captured and that purchase ordering and receipting processes are effective and timely liaising with our purchasing department in relation to invoices and purchase orders
accurate and timely data entry of creditor invoices
assist Workshop Manager with administration task

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in a similar service centre administration role
Repair order costing experience
Experience with computer based inventory management
Knowledge of the transport and manufacturing industry preferable
High attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills

The successful candidate must possess strong time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. The role is full time with an immediate start.
