25-30 hours p/w with the possibility for more hours

The Role We are seeking an experienced and qualified Farm and Facilities Manager. Reporting to the CEO this role is varied and offers a great location and opportunity to applicants. A variety of tasks will be expected in this hands on role and we seek someone who has the capacity to deliver results autonomously and in a team.
Key Selection Criteria.
Previous proven experience in farm livestock (cattle) and facilities management.
Relevant tertiary level or farm and facilities management qualifications and experience.
Good general knowledge and experience in managing buildings and property services
Qualifications in OHS and experience managing OHS in the workplace and other relevant laws and regulations.
Good communications skills and the ability to liaise with Indigenous stakeholders, contractors, tenants, clients and team members and management.
Proven ability to prepare work related documents and reports and meet deadlines.
Licences that relate to farm machinery, operations and vehicle use including Chemical Users Certification.
Proven good level computer competency including in Microsoft software.
The capacity to undertake a police check, medical, WWC and a current clean Victorian licence.
