You will be responsible for:

  • Processing a high volume of incoming emails.
  • Maintaining and creating accurate client records and requirements using job management software
  • Managing and distributing reports
  • Entry of accounts information, credits and purchase orders

The following skills and attributes are highly desirable:

  • Minimum 1 2 years experience in an administration role within the construction or electrical trade industries.
  • Excellent communication, numerical and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
  • Motivated and reliable
  • Great team player
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload and work autonomously
  • Applications with Job Management Software systems experience (Simpro) would also be highly sought after
