- Processing a high volume of incoming emails.
- Maintaining and creating accurate client records and requirements using job management software
- Managing and distributing reports
- Entry of accounts information, credits and purchase orders
The following skills and attributes are highly desirable:
- Minimum 1 2 years experience in an administration role within the construction or electrical trade industries.
- Excellent communication, numerical and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
- Motivated and reliable
- Great team player
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload and work autonomously
- Applications with Job Management Software systems experience (Simpro) would also be highly sought after
