This position will report into the Head of Learning and create, curate and develop content for soft skill and Leadership face to face and e-learning training programs and other learning and development interventions for internal audiences.
We will trust you to:
Design and develop experiential learning activities and resources using adult learning theory, including face to face training materials; participant resources, tool kits and mentoring and facilitator guides using PowerPoint, and e-learning modules using captivate and/or Articulate and/or Adapt.
Work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach is applied.
Provide specialist advice, guidance and support to the Learning team to develop, maintain and facilitate document and knowledge management improvements.
Champion values when making decisions, interacting with all stakeholders and when considering any aspect of the training program.
Present content in a clear and engaging format that is appropriate for multiple audiences.
Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business and are compliant with our brand and accessibility guidelines.
We are seeking candidates with:
A broad range of experience and education in instructional design and content development.
Experience with Articulate and/or Captivate and/or Adapt software.
You need to have: The ability to work legally in Australia without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
