Welding Inspector

Teir 1 client, 2:1 roster, New Exciting Rail Project.

The Role

We are seeking a Welding Inspector on an exciting new Rail Project based in the Pilbara on a 2:1 roster, 12hrs per day.

Duties include:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of welds within the fixed flashbutt and mobile flashbutt welds
• Undertaking safety observations
• Undertaking all tasks deemed reasonable to ensure the successful construction of the Rail line.

Experience required:

• Proven inspection experience
• Relevant discipline experience in Structural, Mechanical and Piping fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• To be considered, you must possess the following:
• Professional certification (Structural/welding inspector qualifications preferred)
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards
